HydroBCAA® + Essentials is formulated with 150 mg of Electrolytes and 10 g of EAAs, 7 g of which are BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio for optimal recovery and muscular development while rehydrating your body.

Suggested use
Mix 1 scoop of HydroBCAA® + Essentials with 8-10 fluid oz. of cold water and consume during or after training for maximum muscle recovery and development.
